A choice btween anchorvale harvest or fernvale rivergrove.
Harvest is 2 lrt away from sengkang mrt with amenities like CC,complex,mac just beside it & complete 1 yr faster than fernvale.
Rivergrove is just 1 lrt away from harvest,with a bigger land space,near parks & river.
we go for rivergrove at the selection date itself because the price diff is as much as $60k although we wish to have a house asap but 60k is too much to bear.
Due to our very gd Q no,of cox i chosen a unit with a gd view & gd sun as well.
Our living room & 3 bedrooms come with a view of garden roof top,park & river.I rejected all blocks with afternoon sun,the hot weather in s'pore is killer.Morning sun is the best with natural sunlight shinning in-mr choo loves hs to be bright.
Can't wait for it to be complete,I got so many deco thing & photos of us to be place in our new home.=)))
2)After a meeting with david tong,by giving us a list of wedding date which is suitable for our bazi-believe it anot,not harm going for it.Wanna somewhere in dec 2012/jan 2013,because i wanna go somewhere cold & snowy for honeymoon.
After telling david tong that i would love peony jade as my banquet venue.He told me alot of his client choose penoy jade especially in dec,so i have to act fast.
Went down penoy jade@clarke quay for site visit-love everything at there.My initial wanna date-22.12.2012 is taken up.
Took up the date of 15.01.2013(tues) but the prices is more expensive than a weekend banquet as is consider a auspicious.Changed the dates to
27.01.2013(sun) since i am getting the price of a weekend,i might go for a real weekend den.Very niao me.=P
Although i have been nagging non stop tat i wanna a hotel to look grand but i swear i will be grumbling if i have more than a 30% lose in my banquet.I am still very happy in choosing penoy jade despite the price is comparable to some weekday cheap hotel.
We spent 4k++ in less than 1 week.=(
nvm,i can get back the 2k once i sign my agreement of lease.
We got a date of our AD,a hs so wad is the next planning?

Jan/Feb:Honeymoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Save & save money.After signing both our saving & life insurance which cost us $250-300/per pax each mth,my budget for everything decease & decease.Everything will be worth it in 25 yrs times.=)
Thanks Mr choo for working harder(at least more OT) for me,I know he doesn't wanna me to marry him with just a paper & me.
We still quarrel due to the way on how we wanna cultivate our children next time.
He wanna give everything to his children,or maybe the best he had to them.While I believe in cultivate the best in the children by letting them gowth with the correct value & mindset-which mean certain things have to give & certain thing they have to learn to achieve themselves.I can give the best to my children if they have the value & mindset but if they can't have the simple thing of this 2-we r just gonna spoilt them).They r gonna be the mini version of him/me & of cox i would love them to have the best as well.
He feel that i am selfish cause i wanna the best of myself only & not our children.A little early to discuss all this & i find there is a need.=(
Both parents need to have the same mindset in order to bring the children up especially kids is getting out of hands nowsday,can't beat and scold.
Example:Kid A run to me by saying he wanna 1k toy car,I rejected & insist to offer a $100 toy car which work the same as 1k toy car(diff is the brand),Kid A ran to his dad crying loudy & his dad give in to him.
which shown if 1 party have a diff value den everything will be gonecase.
Mr choo trust me on how i teach my children next time,of cox not tat if anything go wrong,he will put the blame on me but at least i tried my best in teaching them zuo ren de dao li.
